Summary

From the #1 New York Times bestselling author of It Ends with Us—the heartwarming conclusion to the Hopeless series that illustrates the power of following a difficult journey to discover what happens next。

Friends Daniel, Six, Holder, Sky, and Breckin are planning to celebrate the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday with a Friendsgiving dinner at Sky’s parents’ house。

But things have been off within the tightknit group and when Daniel reaches out to Six to ask the hard questions he hasn’t dared to bring up since they last spoke about their shared secret, he’s dismayed to learn that it’s this very secret bringing a cloud over the holiday。 Suddenly, Daniel must do everything he can to find answers for the one person he loves the most in the world, but will this search only lead to despair。

From an author who has joined “the ranks of such luminaries as Jennifer Weiner and Jojo Moyes” (Library Journal), this moving and unputdownable novel will stay with you long after you turn the final page。

I read All Your Perfects before reading this but not Hopeless and Finding Cinderella。 So I only really recognized some of the characters (Graham and Quinn❤️)。 But it was easy to follow along and can definitely be read as a stand alone。 It was a very eventful and emotional 70-page read。 Such a great ending to Graham and Quinn’s story since I felt like there was still more that needed to happen at the end of All Your Perfects。

Super quick and super short。 While part of me wishes it was longer and the story would go on and on I love how it wrapped everything up。

a really good quick read。it answered a lot of questions from "finding cinderella" and "all your perfect" but in my opinion you don't need to read either of those to enjoy this one。i haven't read "all your perfect" myself and "finding cinderella" was about 8 years ago (it contains a lot of key points of both stories which are hugh spoilers if you're planing on reading them), but having both read, this book will give you such a satisfying ending。 a really good quick read。it answered a lot of questions from "finding cinderella" and "all your perfect" but in my opinion you don't need to read either of those to enjoy this one。i haven't read "all your perfect" myself and "finding cinderella" was about 8 years ago (it contains a lot of key points of both stories which are hugh spoilers if you're planing on reading them), but having both read, this book will give you such a satisfying ending。 。。。more

Hence another reason why you should the other books because, it makes reading this novella so satisfying! While this book was short and straight to the plot, I was still able to absorb the information and the emotional pull that Six and Daniel were going through。 I was especially happy with the way Quinn and Graham were connected to the novella as well。 Of course, the most heartfelt moment was towards the end when Six and Daniel were finally able to meet their beautiful baby boy。 I really loved seeing Six, Daniel, Graham, and Quinn all connected together and if it were any other couple, I feel like this wouldn’t have happened, but with Quinn and Graham they were the exception to making this dream a reality for Six and Daniel。 The way the novella ended was good, it truly did wrap up things in a sweet and short fashion that was great。 I’d like to imagine that even after this novella ended that Six and Daniel were able to form a bond with their son, as well as a deeper friendship with Graham and Quinn, and who knows maybe both Six and Daniel’s family meeting the baby as well。 I enjoyed this novella it was well written and good。 。。。more

4。5/5! This novella connects two of Colleen Hoover’s books together in a way that made my heart happy。 Is this a necessary read? No。 Was it good? Yes。 If you really enjoyed Hopeless and All Your Perfects I would recommend checking this out!

A group of friends plan to get together for a Friendsgiving celebration。But things are off between them。 When Daniel asks his girlfriend Six hard questions he learns thatSix had kept a secret so deep that it puts a damper on the holidays。 Daniel must do whatever possible to find answers for the only person he loves。 This is a sweet short story by the author that wrote It Ends With Us, Verity and her upcoming novel, It Starts with Us。
